..(Reuters) – A man with a criminal history who showed up at Oscar winner Halle Berry’s house in the Hollywood Hills pleaded no contest on Thursday to a charge of stalking her, and a judge ordered him to stay 200 yards away from the actress for 10 years.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Dennis Landin also handed down a 386-day jail sentence to the 28-year-old man, Richard Franco.
But Franco will soon be released because he has already served half that term behind bars since his arrest in July, and he is being given credit for the other half of the sentence under measures to reduce overcrowding in the Los Angeles County jail system, prosecutors said.

Reported by New York Post:LOS ANGELES — Kim Kardashian had an affair with Kanye West when she was in a relationship with NFL star Reggie Bush, West’s model ex Amber Rose explosively claimed Wednesday.
Rose said her split from West, who she dated from 2008 to 2010, was mainly down to the reality star, Radar Online reported.
“Kim is one of the main reasons why me and Kanye are not together,” the 28-year-old Louis Vuitton model told Star magazine. “She’s a homewrecker.”
Rose added, “They were both cheating on me and Reggie with each other.”
Kardashian, 31, pursued the 34-year-old Grammy Award-winning rap star by sending him provocative photos of herself, as well as calling and texting, Rose alleged.
